Being born the only son of a real estate developer/general contractor,  one could say that I have been in the construction and development business for most of my life.  I studied Construction Management at LSU.  Through my studies, I developed an extensive background in the estimating side of the construction business.  Following college, I worked with Signature Homes, a production home building company.  During my 7 years with Signature Homes, I worked my way from the warranty department to division manager.  As project division manager, I was responsible for the building development of over 105 Single Family Detached Homes, as well as, 4 Multi-family developments consisting of over 300 units.  In the years following my time with Signature Homes, I have focused my work more towards custom homes, and light commercial work.
